Mid-Level
The customer-facing position will provide order entry and customer support for a named list of targeted EOEM accounts for the $1B Power Products organization. Primary functions include order-based order management (MTS/MTO/CTO) that includes order entry as well as PBO (proposal based order entry), statement resolution, claims, special price agreement (SPA) maintenance, quoting, expediting, customer website portal use, and customer reports. Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
What will you do?
Interfaces with internal and external customers, including coordinating activities with Schneider functional areas, manufacturing, sales, distribution centers, and field services.
Accurately and expeditiously handles all customer complaints and inquires, including status, production, delivery and billing inquires.
Coordinates with customer regarding product selection, placement of order, delivery schedules, and expediting.
Problem solving with customers that results in positive feedback for building relationships as a trusted advisor.
Performs all order entry, order maintenance, open-order reporting, and facilitating customer order forecasts.
Interpret customer requirements for low complexity configure-to-order (CTO) products - match products to customer specifications and ensure that the bill of material is technically compatible and competitive.
Provides product information and performs product cross-referencing that may include basic technical knowledge.
Utilizes and maintains information in systems including bFO (Salesforce), S4, SE Advantage, MS Teams, and External Customer Websites.
What qualifications will make you successful?
Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years related work experience.
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility and ability to prioritize, work independently and meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain a good working relationship with people inside and outside the company.
Customer Service Excellence (CSE), team player mindset, and can-do attitude.
Strong mediation, negotiation and facilitation skills.
Good working knowledge of the MS Office 365™ applications.
An intermediate to advance working knowledge of Excel is preferred.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
