YOUR ROLE
The job role consists of Process system ownership. It requires a strong degree of autonomy, and the ability to drive communication across multiple functions. The role supports quality and system compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement objectives.
Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience
Analyze nonconformities, define and manage corrective and preventive actions
Ensure traceability and incident reporting in compliance with QHSE requirements
Monitor customer performance indicators (PPM, processing time, satisfaction…)
Participate in internal and external audits
Collaborate with different departments to ensure product and process compliance
Maintaining document and system compliance,
Supporting audits and customer expectations,
Ensuring documentation control, specifications and process documentation, SPC, audit preparation, and system compliance follow-up.
Leads the development of new changes and qualifications, and ensures proper implementation of established manufacturing processes.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Engineer Big school : Génie des procédés / Chimie / Industriel.
Experience Process engineering 2 - 5 years.
Knowledge of the process tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, RCA…)
English business proficiency
Good knowledge of quality standards (ISO, IATF, etc.)
Rigor, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a team
