Job Summary As an Executive Director in our Diversified Industries group, you will be a senior leader responsible for driving business strategy, client relationships, and transaction execution across a broad range of investment banking products. You will oversee the full cycle of deal origination and execution, lead teams in delivering high-impact solutions, and play a critical role in developing and mentoring talent. You will join a global team, collaborating with colleagues across regions, and will be provided opportunities to lead complex transactions and strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Originate, lead, and execute complex M&A, capital markets, and financing transactions for corporate and institutional clients.

• Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining long-term relationships and providing strategic advice on business opportunities and challenges.

• Oversee and guide the preparation of marketing pitches, financial analyses, internal committee memoranda, and client presentations, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables.

• Lead and review detailed valuation analyses, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO analyses, as well as combination and other financial analyses in the context of M&A transactions or pitch situations.

• Manage and mentor teams of Associates and Analysts, providing leadership, supervision, and guidance to develop talent and ensure effective execution.

• Drive business development efforts, identifying new client opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients.

• Collaborate with senior bankers, product specialists, and other internal/external stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.

• Participate in recruiting, training, and talent development initiatives for the group.

• Ensure rigorous risk management and compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.

• Extensive prior work experience in an investment banking front office role, with a proven track record of deal origination and execution.

• Strong academic background from a top-tier educational institution.

• Deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring.

• Impeccable communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders across the business.
