Senior Product Associate - Identity

As a Senior Product Associate in Identity, you play a critical role in developing and delivering identity solutions, including identity verification, identity lifecycle management, and digital identity externalization. You work cross-functionally with technology, design, and business partners to launch products that strengthen trust and improve customer experiences.
Job responsibilities

Assist in developing and delivering identity product features by gathering requirements and writing user stories

Support backlog management by organizing, refining, and prioritizing work with the team

Coordinate with engineering, design, and business partners to implement features and resolve issues

Track delivery progress, surface risks, and escalate blockers to maintain momentum

Conduct market, user, and competitor research to inform product decisions

Analyze data, feedback, and outcomes to identify improvement opportunities and guide iteration

Prepare product documentation and provide clear status updates to stakeholders and team members

Stay current on digital identity trends, standards, and best practices, and seek feedback to grow product skills
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related technology roles

Experience working in cross-functional teams with technology and business partners

Foundational knowledge of identity, data, security, or digital products

Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills in a delivery environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor’s degree
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Familiarity with technology products or financial services

Exposure to digital identity standards and best practices

Experience creating clear product documentation for cross-functional audiences

Experience using data and user feedback to guide product improvements
