As a Product Manager, Vice President at JPMorganChase within Corporate Technology, Identity and Access Management, you will partner with engineering, cybersecurity, risk, and customer teams to deliver scalable solutions that address complex security challenges and enable business outcomes. You will translate needs into clear product direction, prioritize investments using data and customer feedback, and drive adoption through effective change management. You will help modernize privileged access patterns while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence and control alignment.
Job responsibilities
Define and communicate product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for Privileged Access Management capabilities
Drive modernization of privileged access patterns through just-in-time access, passwordless approaches, and least-privilege controls to improve security and user experience
Partner with engineering and architecture to translate customer needs into well-defined requirements, integrations, and platform capabilities
Manage delivery plans, timelines, cross-functional dependencies, and risk mitigation to meet commitments and reduce delivery friction
Lead onboarding, communications, and change management to increase adoption and sustained, effective use of privileged access services
Analyze adoption metrics, operational data, and customer feedback to identify trends and inform prioritization and investment decisions
Develop executive-ready reporting that provides visibility into adoption, operational health, delivery progress, and business outcomes
Ensure product capabilities align to enterprise risk and control expectations while prioritizing customer success and reliability
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
5+ years of experience delivering cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, platform, or enterprise technology products in partnership with engineering teams
Deep knowledge of Privileged Access Management principles, controls, and security best practices, including auditability and least privilege
Hands-on experience in one or more Privileged Access Management domains such as just-in-time access, role-based access control, credential vaulting, secrets management, or privileged session management
Experience defining product requirements for APIs, integrations, and technical solutions for enterprise security platforms
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across engineering, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including defining success metrics and measuring outcomes using data
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear executive updates and drive alignment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Experience with cloud-based identity and privileged access architectures across Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Familiarity with modern access management patterns, including Zero Trust and workload or machine identity
Experience using analytics, visualization, and reporting tools to guide product decisions and adoption strategies
Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, automation, resiliency concepts, and modern software delivery principles
Experience using AI-powered tools to improve discovery, requirements definition, roadmap planning, and stakeholder communicationsan identities across hybrid and cloud environments.
