Job Summary
As a Senior Product Delivery Associate – Strategic Delivery & Product Operations in Small Business Card, Branded Chase Card Services, you will enable the delivery of high-quality card products and solutions for clients. You’ll lead delivery planning, manage dependencies and risks, and keep stakeholders aligned through clear, timely communication. You’ll also support portfolio-level governance and operating routines that help teams deliver consistently.
Job Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and risk and issue management, while escalating opportunities to improve delivery efficiencies and cross-functional coordination.

Lead change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.

Govern the program and projects to the firm’s product standards, delivery hygiene and controls.

Drive Small Business Card product governance activities and portfolio operations across the portfolio.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product management, product delivery, project and / or program management, or a relevant domain area.

Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to connect and synthesize impacts across multiple workstreams, and deliver clear updates to leadership on status, timing and risks to delivery.

Ability to operate independently, meet tight deadlines, and support concurrent projects.

Experience with Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

Experience working in Jira / Jira Align, Tableau, and Confluence.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
