Data Engineer

Together we are building a growing interdisciplinary environment, where knowledge sharing and collaboration are central. Today, the team consists of 10 consultants, and we continue to grow. In the role, you will, together with colleagues and customers, work on understanding needs and translating them into good technical solutions. You will be involved in designing, developing, and improving solutions in close collaboration with Data Scientists, analysts, and other professionals. Together we create robust and scalable data solutions that provide value.
Qualifications

Data platform, with services such as Databricks, Fabric/Synapse, or Snowflake

Cloud-based architecture in Azure, AWS or Google Cloud, and preferably also worked with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform / Bicep)

Advanced data processing and analysis using SQL, PySpark or Python

Data modeling and use of DataLakes, with experience in medallion architecture

Higher education in IT, computer technology, machine learning or related fields

Proficient in Norwegian, both orally and in writing.
It is a plus if you have also worked with:

ELT/ETL experience, using Data Factory, dbt, or other automation tools

Visualization of insights in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Streamlit, or similar

Big Data frameworks such as Apache Spark, BigQuery, Apache Flink or similar
-
Machine learning in cloud-based platforms, for example Azure ML Studio or AWS Sagemaker, and experience with MLOps
