Defense & Security Business Unit
Protect territories, anticipate threats. Our Defense & Security Business Unit is at the core of national sovereignty issues. With over 840 employees across the country, it designs critical systems for the army and civil aviation. Our teams work on high added-value projects: tactical data links, anti-drone warfare, maritime surveillance, simulation and training, air safety. We are recruiting a Trainer for Aeronautical Communication Systems to join our Defense & Security Business Unit, within the Voice Communication Systems (SCV) agency, which contributes to the evolution of civil and military air traffic control systems by carrying out ambitious projects based on its innovative products and those of our partners.
You will be working within the "CSoIP" department, which designs modular (Radio and Telephone) and secure voice communication systems for armed forces and civil airports.
Your mission:
Under the responsibility of the project manager, you are responsible for the effectiveness of the training courses offered by CS GROUP. Travel of varying durations is to be anticipated, mainly in France, sometimes abroad.
As an Aeronautical Communication System Trainer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Drafting training plans based on client requirements,
Designing and writing course materials (theoretical and practical),
Preparing the environment for conducting courses,
Facilitating training sessions,
Writing training reports,
Maintaining the overall training schedule,
Supervising the production and sending of documentary support.
Educated to Bac+5 level, from an Engineering School or University specializing in IT and/or telecommunications. You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the field of complex systems engineering, you have initial experience in training or anticipate becoming a trainer. You have the ability to understand the functioning of V/UHF and IP radios, network and security issues, as well as VoIP (Voice over IP). Knowledge of communication systems and air traffic control would be a plus.
Your English level must allow you to communicate and transmit training content in English.
As some of our clients are military organizations, a security clearance will be required.
