Revenue Growth Manager - Stills & Energy
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The role is responsible for supporting profitable revenue growth by leading the development of local occasion – package-price-customer architecture in categories of Energy Drinks & Stills (Water, Juice, Juice Drinks, RTD Tea & other) across 4 BU markets. Additionally, for Baltics responsibility includes planning, coordinating and executing promotional activities and campaigns. This requires a strong ability to connect and leverage all sources of shopper and consumer insights and intensive and international cooperation with the Senior Management, the Key Account Management, the Channel Marketing, and the Business Development as well as with TCCC.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, development and management of the OBPPC strategy (Occasion, Brand, Pack, Price, Channel) in close cooperation with the Senior Management, The Coca-Cola Company, Monster Energy Company, the Key Account Management as well as Marketing.

Continuous market, consumer and shopper related insight scanning and white spot mapping within CCH categories, aiming to look for new opportunities for ideal portfolio setup, should it be about pricing - new products - distribution - or a promotional opportunity and incorporate into quarterly Rolling Estimates and annual Business Planning.

Detects market opportunities for profitable CCH business expansion through category and /or consumption growth. Generates actionable insights regarding potential CCH moves.

Establish and align on promotional strategy behind all packs with Promotions Manager and Customer Key Account Teams to maximize revenue and MSH growth potential.

Co-creates with Marketing teams in driving innovation development through leading, together with the Portfolio Integration team the business cases and cascading the RGM initiatives to Customer Value Growth and Commercial Policy Manager to support their execution through relevant picture of success and commercial policy adjustments.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

University degree, ideally business related

Commercial Experience, Strong commercial acumen, backed by a comfort in dealing with analysis and numbers. The ability to judge what will work and what will not from a volume and profitability perspective.

Previous experience (min 5 years) in key account management, promotional planning, channel marketing or commercial policy

Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to deliver results within pre-determined timeframes. Strong levels of determination and initiative which will drive innovative thinking and growth.

Strong ability to form effective working partnerships with functions, across functions and with external organizations to deliver results.
We offer competitive employment conditions. Candidates who meet the requirements can expect a monthly base gross salary starting from 16 800 PLN gross.
