PRODUCT EXPERT (FP&A)

Product Expert holds a detailed knowledge of the product (both process and technology) and is a key point of contact for central business product team and central D&T product team. Product Expert supports Product Owner mainly in operational activities related with product maintenance and product development. This enables Product Owner to focus on activities which build and increase product value.

Your responsibilities would include:

• supporting the implementation of the Global Solution(s) based on the HEINEKEN Enterprise Process Model (HEPM)

• supporting central business product team in complex queries on product design and deployment

• performing primary assessment of product design CRs, BRDs, requests for improvements

• leading the development of backlog items confirmed with the Product Owner as new product features

• reporting on/supporting PO ensuring product performance

• performing business testing during system upgrades and new functionalities implementation

• Updating central business product team about product developments

• delivering trainings to central business product team

• developing and coordinating communication materials related to New Ways of Working

• updating product documentation

• producing product engagement materials (demos, Workplace posts, newsletter, sharepoint etc)

• supporting BAU team in managing key users community

• supporting Product Owner in any product related activities not mentioned above

• identifying improvement opportunities and integrating best practices for future resolution

• developing core end to end HEINEKEN process knowledge in the subject area.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar position(application/functional expert) in an international shared service or BPO environment

• affinity and successful track record with process (FP&A) related technology and methodologies

• proven experience with IT transformational projects and in facilitating design and validation workshops

• stakeholder management: ability to build, maintain and enhance collaborative business relationships, including with the OpCo (management) teams

• good analytical skills & strong stakeholder management.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• knowledge of HEINEKEN’s operations, preferably at Group and OpCo level

• demonstrated multi-cultural experience through international work placements

• knowledge of project management methodologies (P3M, PMP, Prince, Agile)

• experience working with structured and unstructured data

• functional and technical knowledge of SAP.
