And for this site, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager.
YOUR ROLE
As Maintenance Manager, you are responsible for the long-term reliability, safety, and performance of all assets that support malt production. You lead the site's complete Maintenance & Reliability strategy and are part of the Site Leadership Team.
You develop and implement sustainable maintenance processes, systems, and tools that contribute to optimal performance at the lowest possible lifecycle costs. You manage based on data, set clear standards for maintenance excellence, and ensure a strong connection with Heineken's TPM roadmap and sustainability ambitions.
You are the driving force behind a culture of ownership, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement. Thanks to your leadership and coaching, the Maintenance engineers and the team of technicians can work safely, efficiently, and with high quality.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You develop and implement the site's maintenance and reliability strategy.
You lead and develop the maintenance team and create a culture of ownership, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
You build sustainable maintenance processes, systems, and tools that contribute to optimal asset reliability.
You develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and increase performance.
You are responsible for the asset management policy, including lifecycle management, reliability, and investment planning.
You develop a clear maintenance roadmap and bring structure and focus to the department.
You set standards for maintenance excellence and monitor compliance within the organization.
You manage based on data, KPIs, and maintenance performance and ensure correct application of EAM/CMMS systems.
You manage the maintenance budget and monitor efficient use of resources and maintenance costs.
You develop an effective strategy for spare parts, warehouse management, and inventory optimization.
You build strategic relationships with suppliers and contractors and monitor quality, safety, and cost control.
You take a leading role in safety and ensure that safety, quality, and sustainability principles are integrated into all maintenance activities.
You lead the Planned Maintenance (PM) pillar within TPM and support the further development of the TPM roadmap.
You work closely with Operations, Technology, Procurement, HR, and the Heineken Maintenance & Reliability Network to implement best practices and achieve results.
YOUR PROFILE
You have a relevant technical education.
You have at least 5 to 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a production, process, food, or beverage environment.
You have proven experience in managing, coaching, and developing technical teams.
You have strong knowledge of maintenance management, TPM, asset management, and reliability engineering.
You have experience with maintenance planning, spare parts management, and data-driven decision-making.
You have a strong technical background in mechanics, electricity, and automation.
You have knowledge of quality, safety, and food safety standards within an industrial environment.
You are analytically strong, work structured, and make decisions based on facts and data.
You effortlessly switch between strategic thinking and operational execution.
You are an inspiring leader who guides change, encourages ownership, and develops talent.
Plus point: Knowledge of energy efficiency, sustainability, or green energy projects.
