Permanent Staffing, division of Staff S.p.A., is looking for a BACK OFFICE RETAIL ASSISTANT belonging to Protected Categories (L.68/99) for a famous brand in the Optical Retail sector. The resource will be placed in one of their stores in Milan and will be responsible for various activities that will ensure the operativity of the store.

What you will do:

• Manage inventory and product orders through various IT systems;

• Support customers via Whatsapp Business;

• Handle store replenishment and merchandise organization, returns, counts, and labeling;

• Manage simple administrative tasks and cash operations.

The resources we are looking for are:

• Candidates registered with targeted placement under Law 68/99;

• Good basic knowledge of IT tools, in particular the Office suite and main communication applications;

• Precision, reliability, and ability to organize one's work;

• Good communication skills and predisposition to teamwork;

• Previous experience in the retail sector or similar activities is a preferential requirement.

• 6-month fixed-term contract with possibility of extension, insertion at level IV CCNL Commercio, RAL: 13/14K;

• Part-time: 21 hours per week on shifts, from Tuesday to Friday;
