Aero Alliance Manufacturing Process Specialist - Machining

Standardization: Develop, maintain, and update Work Instructions and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) to ensure safe, repeatable, and compliant manufacturing processes.

Process Engineering: Design, program, and implement machining processes for complex components.

Programming & Optimization: Develop and refine CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (NX preferred) and manual ISO/G-code editing.

Tooling Strategy: Standardize tooling and lead the design of specialized jigs and fixtures required for specific machining operations.

Shop Floor Support: Provide active, hands-on technical support to production, including real-time troubleshooting, machine sub-routine optimization, and process adjustment.

Continuous Improvement: Lead process innovation projects to drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).
