Job description

Act on the front line of asset protection at Roldão Atacadista, exercising strict access control and preventive inspection of internal and external areas of the store, with the aim of reducing theft, curbing undue access, and preserving the safety of customers, employees, and assets, always through professional, respectful approaches aligned with legal norms and the company's institutional image.

Responsibilities and assignments

Rigorously control the flow of entry and exit of customers, employees, visitors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring compliance with the unit's access procedures.
Inspect the exit of goods by checking invoices, fiscal coupons, and purchase receipts, preventing losses and discrepancies.
Perform preventive and ostensive rounds in the parking lot, docks, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas of the store, maintaining a constant presence as a deterrent to theft and vandalism.
Identify suspicious behaviors and risk situations, immediately communicating with Loss Prevention leadership and adopting internal security protocols.
Act in preventing undue permanence on company premises, including unauthorized persons, beggars, or individuals who are compromising security, providing guidance and referrals according to corporate procedures.
Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas of the unit, ensuring the integrity of operations and assets.
Register security occurrences, attempted theft, property damage, disturbances, and other relevant events in the system or appropriate form.
Support operational and prevention teams in emergency situations, evacuation, accidents, or the need to isolate areas.
Maintain a firm, vigilant, and discreet posture, conveying a sense of security without embarrassing customers.

All approaches must be preventive, cautious, and based on observable facts, preserving the dignity of individuals and the reputation of Roldão Atacadista.

The job occupant is expected to:

Approach customers and third parties with education, objectivity, and respect.
Base any intervention on concrete evidence or non-compliance with internal procedures.
Avoid discussions, public exposure, embarrassment, or accusations.
Immediately notify leadership or the Loss Prevention team when the situation requires higher intervention.

The Access Controller has the authority to:

Request the presentation of a fiscal receipt upon leaving the store, according to internal procedure.
Restrict unauthorized access to the company's private areas.
Orient the evacuation of circulation and parking areas when security or operation is compromised.
Notify leadership, brigade, or competent authorities in the face of occurrences that pose a risk to property or people.

Requirements and qualifications

Education: Complete High School.

Desirable:

Experience in Loss Prevention, Access Control, Concierge, or Asset Security in retail.
Knowledge in checking fiscal documents and loss prevention procedures.
Notions of customer service and conflict management.

Technical Skills:

Access and people flow control.
Checking invoices and merchandise.
Preventive and asset rounds.
Occurrence registration.

Reduction of external theft losses.

To be a preventive asset security agent, maintaining an active and disciplined presence in the store's highest risk areas to inhibit theft, reduce losses, control access, and protect the image of Roldão Atacadista, through professional, preventive action in accordance with current legislation.
