Tenant and Guest Experience Ambassador
The Tenant and Guest Experience Ambassador owns the tenant and guest experience strategy for a premier office building — setting the standard for how executives, tenants, their employees, and their guests engage with the building from first impression to last. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role for a professional who moves fluidly between high-touch hospitality leadership and sharp, high-IQ problem-solving under ambiguity.
The ideal candidate reads a room instantly, anticipates needs before they surface, and exercises independent judgment to convert every request — however large, small, or unusual — into a considered, white-glove outcome. The Ambassador builds and maintains the relationships that make the building's service culture legible, serving as the strategic center of gravity for hospitality across the asset.
The property is entering an active season of reinvestment — lobbies shifting, amenity floors evolving, and the day-to-day operating environment changing frequently. The Ambassador serves as the connective piece through that transformation, exercising autonomous judgment across tenant communication, stakeholder alignment, and the hands-on activation of spaces and programming that keep the building feeling alive during a period of significant change.
The Ambassador is the sole owner of the tenant experience function on-site, with direct latitude to shape the program's strategy and, as it matures, to build out its structure and scope.

De-escalate concerns with composure, empathy and ownership, keeping property management leadership informed of recurring issues or opportunities
