We are seeking a driven Key Account Manager WWW Industrial Automation to grow strategic industrial accounts, build executive-level customer relationships, and deliver innovative automation, electrification, and sustainability solutions that drive long-term business growth.
Location: Macquarie Park, Sydney, NSW Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customer accounts.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
Create and execute account growth plans aligned with customer objectives.
Engage with C-level stakeholders and key operational personnel.
Deliver consultative sales solutions across Industrial Automation and Energy Management portfolios.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective opportunity management.
Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives for products, services, and solutions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including business development, marketing, technical specialists, and customer support teams.
Prepare and present solution-based proposals tailored to customer requirements.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.
Contribute to market intelligence and share customer insights with internal teams.
Proven experience in solution sales within an industrial, manufacturing, automation, or related environment.
Demonstrated success in Key Account Management and business development.
Strong track record of selling to senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into business solutions.
Experience managing complex sales opportunities and sales pipelines through CRM systems.
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of industrial automation technologies, energy management solutions, or related industrial processes.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions.
Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Business Management, Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Additional industry certifications or technical qualifications in automation, energy management, or industrial technologies will be highly regarded.
