Position Snapshot (Filling & Packing Engineer)

Location: Shah Alam Complex, Selangor Degree: Mechanical Engineering or related discipline Experience: 3-5 years in manufacturing, production, filling & packing, or FMCG industries

We are looking for a Senior Filling & Packing Engineer to play a key role in driving operational excellence, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement across our filling and packing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support filling and packing production lines to ensure smooth operations

• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime

• Improve line efficiency, reliability, and Asset Intensity (AI)

• Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities

• Lead and participate in continuous improvement, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives

• Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, Hygiene, and Food Safety requirements

• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Technical teams

We're Looking For:

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Hands-on problem-solving mindset

• Knowledge of TPM, Kaizen, RCA, or 5 Why methodologies is an advantage

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Experience in Beverage, Food, FMCG, or Packaging industries is preferred

• Automation experience is highly preferred
