WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Own and prioritize the Front-End product backlog across Websites, Microsites (JustScan), and DAM
-
Manage the development pipeline, ensuring clear priorities and timely delivery

Drive user-centric, high-quality digital experiences through continuous improvement

Act as the Front-End product expert, balancing value, feasibility, and user impact

Collaborate with markets, regions, agencies, and deployment teams to define requirements
-
Partner with product and technology teams to ensure end-to-end solution excellence
-
Leverage understanding of APIs and integrations to support informed product decisions

Coordinate enhancements, quick wins, and scalable improvements aligned with business goals
SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe POPM) preferred

3-5 years of experience in digital product ownership, analysis, or delivery management
-
Ability to drive product decisions in complex, global environments

Strong knowledge of digital platforms, UX/UI, APIs, and development processes

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
-
Strong analytical, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities

Product-focused, collaborative, and committed to delivering user-centric outcomes

In this position you will earn no less than PLN 17 600 gross per month
