Consumer Activation Specialist

What This Role Is About

The Consumer Activation Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of consumer activation programs and initiatives across Mindanao. This role is highly focused on coordination, administration, and project management, ensuring that activation activities, materials, brand ambassadors, agencies, and stakeholders are aligned and ready for execution.

The role works closely with the Consumer Activation Manager, Territory Activation Leads, and third-party agencies to manage day-to-day operational requirements, including activation logistics, deployment of brand ambassadors, training coordination, inventory and uniform management, budget tracking, and program documentation.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys organizing projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that activities run smoothly from planning to execution

What Will You Do?

Activation Operations & Administrative Support

• Support the Consumer Activation Manager in the day-to-day coordination and execution of activation programs across Mindanao.

• Ensure all activation requirements, timelines, materials, and deliverables are properly tracked and completed.

• Maintain documentation, reports, budgets, and monitoring tools needed for program execution.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth implementation of activities.

Brand Ambassador & Agency Coordination

• Coordinate with third-party activation agencies regarding deployment, training schedules, attendance monitoring, uniforms, and activation materials.

• Support the screening and onboarding process of Brand Ambassadors.

• Ensure Brand Ambassadors comply with grooming, uniform, and brand standards.

• Monitor agency performance and provide feedback to ensure execution quality.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Territory Activation Leads and cross-functional teams to facilitate activation requirements and address operational concerns.

• Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items to ensure activities are completed on schedule.

• Coordinate the ordering and distribution of activation materials, premiums, and uniforms.

Budget & Resource Management

• Assist in monitoring activation budgets and expenses.

• Process purchase requirements and ensure resources are allocated appropriately to support activation activities.

Who We Are Looking For Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related course.

• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, events management, activation operations, trade marketing, or marketing support functions.

• FMCG experience is an advantage but not required.

Key Competencies

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Comfortable working with third-party agencies and large groups of field personnel.

• Detail-oriented with good follow-through and execution skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Other Requirements

• Willing to travel extensively within Mindanao.

• Comfortable working onsite and visiting different locations as required.

• Open to supporting weekend activation events with corresponding offset arrangements.

• Experience handling events, activations, or field operations is an advantage.
