The Engineering Coordinator will support the daily operations of our Engineering Department and help ensure our guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained resort. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and helping teams work efficiently. You will demonstrate Westgate’s core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction with guests and team members.
What You Will Do as an Engineering Coordinator:
Manage and track maintenance and service work orders from start to finish
Support managers with scheduling, follow‑ups, and prioritizing service requests
Coordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other teams to ensure room access and smooth guest turnover
Assist with procurement, inventory tracking, and vendor communication
Maintain accurate records and prepare simple reports on work order performance
Help identify ways to improve workflows and reduce delays
Support team members with basic system questions and troubleshooting
Serve as a communication link between Engineering and other departments
Assist with safety and compliance tasks as needed
Perform other duties that support the Engineering team

What You Will Bring:
1–2 years of experience in administrative support, facilities, logistics, or operations
Experience in maintenance or construction environments is a plus
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs occasionally
Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
Experience with work order systems (HotSOS or similar) and procurement tools (Oracle a plus)
Strong skills in Microsoft Office
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Problem‑solving skills and a positive, team‑focused attitude
