Job Description

• Lead the regional Vehicle & Equipment Data Management & development by establishing sustainable governance, facilitating and development

• Delivery digital solutions that improve effectiveness and product catalog-in, operational efficiency of assortment management and business performance across East Asia

Key Responsibility

1. Vehicle & Equipment Data Management

   • Lead regional Vehicle & Equipment master data development and management
   • Ensure high-quality, time-to-market, and sustainable vehicle application, product & OEM-equipment, and related master data.

2. Data Governance & Regional Business Enablement

   • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Global teams by providing data analytics service to align governance with business objectives
   • Establish and continuously improve regional data governance frameworks, standards, quality and operational effectiveness
   • Facilitate regional initiatives and cross-functional that improve product coverage, data availability, effectiveness of assortment and business performance.

3. Digital Solutions & Process Transformation

   • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through digital solutions (focus in assortment management).
   • Utilize digital solution and tool to support operational efficiency and governance of process

4. Advanced Technologies & Innovation

   • Understand and evaluate advance technology solution (inc automation, AI, ) to better improve business capabilities and efficiency
   • Promote technology & in- house solution adoption and continuous innovation across the organization.

5. Project & Stakeholder Management

   • Lead regional projects from planning through implementation.
   • Build strong partnerships with regional and global stakeholders, including IT and sales team.

6. Leadership & Organization Development

   • Develop team capabilities in vehicle & equipment data management, governance, digital solutions, and advanced technologies.
   • Prioritize initiatives and optimize team resources to maximize business value and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Good Stakeholder and Project Management

• Business excellence, strategy thinking

• Experience in data analysis, data cataloging, metadata management, and data quality governance

• Understand SQL, Python for data processing, analysis, and automation is a plus
