Adecco Italia Spa is looking for a Surveillance and Reception Assistant for a prestigious Public Administration entity engaged in the protection, conservation, and enhancement of Italy's cultural heritage.

What you will do:
YouYou will join a team dedicated to the management and use of historical and cultural sites, dealing with:

Surveillance and guarding of spaces and assets entrusted to custody;

Activation and deactivation of security, alarm, and lighting systems;

Reception and assistance to visitors during their stay at the site;

Accompanying and orienting users, ensuring proper use of spaces;

Providing information and support to the public;
-
Timely reporting of any anomalies, malfunctions, or problems;

Management of correspondence and material intended for the structure;
-
Recording of attendance and collection of user data;
-
Logistical support for events, exhibitions, projects, and cultural initiatives;

Application of security procedures and current regulations.
We are looking for candidates with:
-
High school diploma
-
Good knowledge of the English language
-
General knowledge in the historical-cultural field
-
Proven experience in reception, custody, or public assistance activities at: museums, archaeological areas and parks, villas, palaces and monuments of historical or artistic interest, historical parks and gardens, similar contexts in direct contact with the public.
What we offer:

CCNL Commercio contract – 5th Level (hourly pay 10.08) Employee

Meal voucher of €7 for each working day

Working hours: 38 hours per week, with variable distribution on shifts. Possibility of evening or night work, according to organizational needs. Work may take place both within museum complexes and in archaeological parks and areas.
Availability: Total availability, Full Time, Weekend and holiday availability
