If, like us, you are passionate about the Art of Engineering, come work with us! We have an opportunity in the Engineering unit to work as a Quality Coordinator in São Paulo.

Responsibilities and assignments

We are looking for a Quality Coordinator to join the Corporate team, with the mission of strengthening the Quality Management System, promoting process standardization, disseminating best practices, and continuous improvement in our operations.

In this position, you will have a strategic role, working closely with corporate areas and construction sites, contributing to increasingly structured, efficient processes aligned with the company's quality standards.

Attributions and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Internal Quality Committee, organizing meetings, monitoring strategic topics, and identifying improvement opportunities for discussion with the areas;

• Coordinate and monitor the Internal Audit Program, ensuring compliance with the schedule, involvement of auditors, and monitoring of results;

• Lead topics related to the Critical Analysis of the Quality Management System, consolidating information and supporting the definition of improvement actions;

• Develop and deliver training and awareness actions on the Quality Management System, strengthening the quality culture in the organization;

• Coordinate the management and updating of corporate documents of the Quality Management System, ensuring standardization, traceability, and the use of valid documents;

• Monitor the management of corrective and preventive actions, following up with responsible areas and monitoring the effectiveness of implemented actions;

• Work in partnership with construction sites and corporate areas, supporting the application of processes and identifying improvement opportunities;

• Map and disseminate best practices and continuous improvement solutions, contributing to the evolution of processes and the Quality Management System;

• Monitor trends, new technologies, and best practices related to Quality, evaluating opportunities for application in the company's context.

Requirements and qualifications

Desirable to have worked on construction sites with experience in technological control.

Education:

Higher Education in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related areas with civil construction and quality.

Additional information

This professional needs to have availability for frequent travel to other states/cities.
