Division / Team description

The Client Coverage Division (CCD) is responsible for all DWS sales channels and matches our client needs with the diverse portfolio of DWS’ investment funds and solutions. The Digital Solution Sales team accelerates EMEA growth by expanding DWS’ Embedded Investment Solutions through advised distribution ecosystems (e.g., private banks, retail banks, wealth managers, IFAs, model portfolio platforms). We combine commercial execution with deep collaboration across product, digital, marketing and operations to deliver scalable client outcomes and a best-in-class partner experience.

Role description

As a Senior Digital Solution Sales Specialist (Wealth Channels EMEA) (m/f/d), you will lead complex, consultative sales and expansion initiatives for Embedded Investment Solutions across advised channels in EMEA. You will contribute materially to annual targets by owning strategic account plans, building a strong pipeline, and managing end-to-end sales cycles—including due diligence, negotiation and contracting—while engaging senior stakeholders across partner organizations. You will orchestrate internal stakeholders to ensure adoption and value realization, and ensure that partner and market feedback informs product priorities and roadmap direction.

As a Senior Digital Solution Sales Specialist (Wealth Channels EMEA) (m/f/d), you will:

• Develop and execute a Wealth Channels EMEA growth plan for Embedded Investment Solutions, including multi-year account planning and pipeline governance to deliver revenue targets

• Lead complex end-to-end consultative sales cycles from discovery to contracting

• Build trust-based relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders to enable long-term commercial success

• Craft tailored value propositions and proposals (e.g., digital enablement for advisors, scalable portfolio solutions, integration/onboarding paths)

• Partner with internal teams across the organization to ensure excellent partner/client experience and coordinated delivery

• Provide structured feedback from the market to inform product direction and continuous development of digital solutions

• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes and competitive dynamics in advised distribution

• Support team capability building by sharing best practices and (where applicable) mentoring colleagues

You will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/informatics or related field (Master’s preferred)

• 6–10+ years of experience in B2B/consultative sales in asset management, wealth management, or financial technology, ideally with wealth distribution exposure

• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, building pipelines and managing complex stakeholder environments

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills; ability to articulate strategic value clearly to senior stakeholders

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts

• Highly organized, diligent and energetic; self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent German and English

Du trägst wesentlich zur Zielerreichung bei, indem Du strategische Account-Pläne verantwortest, eine starke Pipeline aufbaust und Sales-Zyklen End-to-End inkl. Due Diligence, Verhandlung und Vertragsabschluss steuerst – im Austausch mit Senior-Stakeholdern auf Partnerseite. Du orchestrierst interne Stakeholder zur Sicherstellung von Adoption und Value Realization und stellst sicher, dass Markt- und Partnerfeedback in Produktprioritäten und Roadmap einfließt.

Deine Aufgaben als Senior Digital Solution Sales Specialist (Wealth Channels EMEA) (m/w/d):

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines Advised Channels EMEA Growth Plans für Embedded Investment Solutions inkl. Multi-Year Account Planning und Pipeline-Governance

• Führung komplexer konsultativer Sales-Zyklen End-to-End bis zum Vertragsabschluss

• Aufbau vertrauensbasierter Beziehungen zu Senior-Entscheider:innen für nachhaltigen kommerziellen Erfolg

• Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Value Propositions/Proposals (z. B. Advisor Enablement, skalierbare Portfolio-Lösungen, Integrations-/Onboarding-Pfade)

• Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit zur Sicherstellung von Delivery, Adoption und exzellenter Partner-Experience

• Strukturierte Rückkopplung aus dem Markt zur Weiterentwicklung von Produkt und Roadmap

• Beobachtung von Trends, regulatorischen Änderungen und Wettbewerbsdynamiken im beratenen Vertrieb

• Teilen von Best Practices und (wo passend) Mentoring im Team

Du bringst mit:

• Bachelor (Master bevorzugt) in BWL/Finance/Informatik o. ä.

• 6–10+ Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-/Consultative Sales (Asset/Wealth Management oder Financial Technology), idealerweise mit Wealth Distribution Exposure

• Nachweisbarer Track Record in Zielerreichung, Pipeline-Aufbau und Stakeholder-Management
