Repsol has an opening for a Maintenance Engineering Intern located in The Woodlands, Texas.
Internship Details:

Position will be based out of our office in The Woodlands, TX. Interns are expected onsite Monday-Friday, with the exception of 9/80's. The 9/80 schedule is optional per the manager's discretion, based on intern project scope and timeline.

Non-local candidates may be considered but must arrange their own travel and temporary accommodations. A summer stipend will be provided to help offset out of pocket expenses.

Students must be available for the full duration of the internship from May 17th - Aug 6th. Any personal time off must be approved by the supervisor as unpaid leave and should be noted with the recruiter as early as possible.

Interns will receive an hourly wage but are not eligible for benefits or paid time off. Interns will be compensated for observed company holidays.
Responsibilities

Support with daily project activities and assigned tasks

Assist with data compilation, organization, and basic analysis related to operations

Help prepare reports, presentations, and supporting technical documentation

Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and reviews
-
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams as needed
-
Follow established safety standards, procedures, and company policies
-
Complete an assigned internship project and present results at the conclusion of the program
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications.

Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any company.

Undergrad (or higher) Engineering degree in process, preferably within Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, or Civil Engineering.

Detail-oriented, a strong analytical background
-
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of Products
-
Strong written and oral communication skills with a variety of technical and non technical staff

Able to work independently and within in a team
-
Professional conduct is fundamental to success in this position

Proven organizational and time management skills
