YOUR ROLE
As an Etch Equipment Engineer in STMicroelectronics, you will be responsible for:

Systematic troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime.

Establish optimum spares and consumables stock to support equipment maintenance.

Establish effective preventive maintenance programme and troubleshooting guide.

Setup effective detection and monitor system to prevent equipment excursion.

Coordinate and drive new equipment hookup, startup and release.

Drive Continuous Improvement project (CIP) to achieve best in class in quality and cost

Train and certify Assistant Maintenance Engineers (AME) and Preventive Maintenance Technician (PMT) in systematic troubleshooting and PM maintenance skill.

Work closely with Process and production engineers to ensure key performance indices are met.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
-
Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
-
At least 2 years relevant Equipment/Field service experience in semiconductor industry
-
Familiar with LAM Rainbow 4420 or LAM9400SE/PTX/DFM/DSIE or LAM2300 Coronus/ Syndion Dry Etching equipment

Experience in SPC, FDC, APC, DOE and yield analysis software will be advantages.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Good team player

Good communication and documentation skills

Strong sense of responsibility, dedication to assigned tasks, and the ability to work diligently in a team-oriented environment.
