Senior Relationship Manager, Commercial Property Finance - Queensland

This is a rare opportunity to build a portfolio from the ground up with no inherited back book. You'll have the autonomy to create your own success, backed by a respected national brand, while helping shape ING's future presence across Queensland with a focus on the Gold Coast and surrounding areas. If you're a well-connected originator who thrives on winning new business, enjoys being out in market and can bring opportunities through the door from day one, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for someone who is hungry, connected and commercially minded. You'll know the market inside out, have strong industry relationships and be comfortable spending your time meeting clients, building networks and generating opportunities. Success in this role will come from your ability to drive the origination strategy, create new connections, win new business and establish yourself as a trusted presence in the market.
What You'll Do

Drive new-to-bank business growth across in Queensland, targeting the South East Queensland commercial property market, building a portfolio from scratch.

Be highly visible in market, developing relationships with developers, investors, brokers, accountants, lawyers and other key referral partners.

Generate and convert new business opportunities, creating a sustainable pipeline of quality commercial property lending transactions.

Represent ING in the market and help strengthen our presence across Queensland.

Structure and deliver tailored commercial property lending solutions that support client growth and ING's expansion ambitions.
What We're Looking For

Proven commercial property lending experience with a strong track record in business development and deal origination.

Well connected across the Queensland market with an established network and strong industry credibility.

A genuine hunter mentality. Someone who is hungry, ambitious and motivated by winning new business.

Comfortable being on the road, building relationships and creating opportunities face-to-face.

A future-focused professional who can bring new connections, generate leads from day one and help shape the next phase of ING's growth in Queensland.
