Create, maintain, and track legal documentation and contract templates — including NDAs and trial agreements — supporting technology transactions attorneys throughout the contract lifecycle.
Assist cybersecurity and data privacy attorneys in managing the response to information security incidents and data privacy events, ensuring matters are handled with care and in line with regulatory requirements.
Conduct legal research and analytical work across regulatory, legislative, and industry developments relevant to technology, privacy, and intellectual property law.
Coordinate team projects, prepare reports, and manage billing processes, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the legal function.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in a legal environment, with exposure to a corporate legal department or law firm setting preferred.
Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and manage legal documents with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational discipline.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal information clearly and professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Familiarity with legal customs, practices, and documentation standards within a professional legal environment.
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, managing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
Experience supporting intellectual property matters, particularly in trademark docketing, clearance, or enforcement within a corporate or law firm context.
Background in technology transactions.
Experience drafting or reviewing NDAs, trial agreements, or other technology-related contracts.
Exposure to cybersecurity incident response or data privacy compliance processes, ideally within the financial services industry.
Knowledge of or genuine interest in AI and emerging technology issues as they relate to legal risk and regulatory developments.
