Join our team as a Services Engineer and become the technical expert our customers rely on. You'll deliver hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair services that keep critical systems running safely and efficiently while building lasting customer relationships.
Design and develop BMS control strategies, system architectures, graphics, reports, and application software for building automation projects.
Configure and program BMS controllers, supervisory systems, and field devices.
Perform system integration with HVAC, electrical, lighting, security, metering, and third-party systems.
Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and system commissioning activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve BMS software, hardware, networking, and communication issues.
Support project execution teams in engineering design reviews, implementation, and site deployment.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including control schematics, point schedules, network architecture drawings, and operation manuals.
Optimize system performance through analytics, trend analysis, and energy efficiency improvements.
Provide technical support, training, and guidance to customers and service teams.
Ensure project delivery is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with customer requirements.
Comply with company safety, cybersecurity, and quality management procedures.
Support digital transformation initiatives involving smart building technologies, IoT devices, cloud connectivity, and connected services.
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation Systems (BAS), Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS), or Smart Building projects.
Experience in engineering, programming, commissioning, or application development of BMS solutions and experience working with HVAC controls, energy management systems, and field instrumentation
Strong customer-facing and project coordination experiences, BMS platforms and building automation technologies.
Experience with BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, KNX, OPC, MQTT, and other industry communication protocols and good understanding of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, and ventilation controls.
Knowledge of electrical systems, power monitoring, and energy management applications.
Familiarity with databases, SQL, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, switches, routers, VLANs, and cybersecurity practices.
Experience with cloud-connected building platforms and IoT technologies is an advantage.
Familiarity with Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Building Operation and related solutions is preferred.
Programming and scripting capabilities.
Understanding of smart building technologies, digital twins, AI-driven analytics, and sustainability solutions.
Knowledge of BIM, CAD, and building design workflows.
Familiarity with LEED, Green Mark, SmartScore, WiredScore, or other sustainability frameworks.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
