Join our manufacturing team as an Operator II and play a key role in operating automated production equipment. You'll work in a dynamic environment where your technical skills and attention to detail directly impact product quality and operational efficiency.
Operate and monitor automated machinery, making real-time adjustments to ensure optimal performance and output quality
Set up, configure, and calibrate equipment for production runs, including performing routine maintenance tasks
Conduct regular quality inspections to verify products meet specifications and identify any deviations
Troubleshoot minor technical issues and collaborate with maintenance teams to keep equipment running smoothly
Customer Orientation — intermediate level; ensuring output meets internal and external quality expectations
Drives for Results — intermediate level; maintaining production targets while upholding safety and quality standards
Digital Literacy — developing level; operating digital controls and monitoring systems on automated equipment
Operational Health and Safety Management — developing level; following safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
Problem Solving — developing level; identifying and resolving minor technical issues during production
Quality Control & Inspection — developing level; conducting inspections to verify product specifications are met
Automation Integration — foundational level; working with automated systems to support efficient production workflows

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $18.00 - $28.90 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and may also include premium pay or differentials, depending on location.
Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
