Manager HR Business Partner Colombia & Ecuador

What will you do?

• Act as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders.

• Drive talent, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning initiatives.

• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll, and other HR functions.

• Lead employee and labor relations, ensuring compliance with labor legislation.

• Analyze HR metrics and insights to support business decisions.

• Support change management and leadership development initiatives.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of HR experience, including 4+ years as an HR Business Partner.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Strategic mindset, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
