현장 서비스 엔지니어 (Service Representative_Cooling)

본 포지션은 현장 기술 지원, 장애 진단 및 해결, 주요 기술 이슈 대응을 담당합니다. 지원자는 냉동·공조(Cooling) 제품에 대한 기술 전문가로서 사내 및 고객 현장에서 기술 지원을 제공하게 됩니다. 또한 품질 이슈 대응, 고객 관계 리스크 관리 등 현장 지원이 필요한 업무를 지원하며, 글로벌 기술 지원 조직과 협력하여 장비의 고장 원인을 분석하고 문제를 해결합니다. 전기·전자 관련 지식을 바탕으로 근본 원인(Root Cause)을 도출하고 이를 해석할 수 있어야 합니다. 아울러 기술 문서 작성, 정해진 일정 내 솔루션 제공 등 전문적인 엔지니어링 업무를 수행하며, 신규 솔루션 제안이 가능한 영업 기회를 발굴하여 영업팀에 전달하는 역할도 담당합니다. 모든 현장 지원 업무는 안전 지침에 따라 수행되어야 하며, 안전 교육, 안전 점검 등 관련 규정을 준수해야 합니다.

• 고객에게 우수한 제품 가이드 및 기술 솔루션 제공

• Schneider Electric 냉동·공조(Cooling) 제품 및 장비에 대한 기술 지원 수행

• 견적(Quotation) 팀에 냉각 제품 관련 기술적 지원 제공

• 도면, 사양서, 보고서, 품질 요구사항 등 서비스 관련 기술 문서를 정확히 이해하고 해석

• 현장에서 발생한 냉동·공조 제품 품질 문제에 대해 품질 팀과 협업하여 결함 원인 분석 및 근본 원인 규명

• Schneider Electric 서비스 파트너의 기술 역량 및 전문성 평가와 관련된 기술 지원 제공

• 필요 시 고객 현장을 방문하여 문제의 근본 원인을 조사하고 관련 정보를 수집 및 검증

• 고객 현장에서의 설치(Installation), 시운전(Commissioning), 유지보수(Maintenance) 및 장애 진단(Troubleshooting)

• 주요 품질 이슈 발생 시 현장 대응 및 기술 지원

• 냉동·공조(Cooling) 솔루션 관련 기술 기반 Pre-Sales 지원

자격 요건 (Requirements)

[필수]

• 냉동·공조(Cooling) 관련 전공의 전문학사 이상 학위 소지자 또는 이에 준하는 경력 보유자

• 관련 분야 경력 3년 이상 필수

• Chiller(칠러) 경험 보유자 우대

• 냉동·공조(Cooling) 분야에서 검증 가능한 실무(Hands-on) 기술 경험

• 냉각 이론에 대한 기술적 이해 필수

• 운전면허 보유자

[우대]

• 냉각 시스템 및 관련 응용 소프트웨어에 대한 지식 보유자 우대

• 냉동·공조 엔지니어(Cooling Engineer)로서 기술 자문 및 기술 지원 업무 수행 역량 보유

• Excel, Word, PowerPoint 등 문서 작성 도구 활용 능력 보유

• 냉동·공조 시스템 관련 문제 발생 시 데이터를 분석하고 원인을 해석할 수 있는 능력

• 영업팀 및 고객의 기술 문의에 대해 전문적인 답변을 제공할 수 있는 역량

• 냉동·공조 제품 관련 문제를 정의하고, 데이터를 수집·분석하여 사실에 근거한 결론을 도출할 수 있는 능력

• 다양한 이해관계자와 효과적으로 소통할 수 있는 수준의 영어 능력 보유(말하기, 듣기, 쓰기)
