Site Supervisor T3
Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Carry out site supervision duties for structural and civil engineering works in accordance with project requirements, contract specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

Ensure that structural works are constructed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and statutory requirements.

Monitor site progress, workmanship, safety, and quality of works performed by contractors and subcontractors.

Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve site issues and facilitate smooth project delivery.

Inspect reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, structural steelworks, foundations, retaining structures, and other structural elements as required.

Maintain accurate site records, inspection reports, and documentation.

Assist in identifying construction risks and implementing corrective actions to ensure project objectives are achieved.

Requirements

Must possess a valid TCP T3 qualification in Hong Kong

Diploma/Higher Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in site supervision of structural and civil engineering works.

Familiar with Hong Kong construction regulations, site supervision requirements and quality assurance procedures.

Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications.

Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
