You will play a pivotal role in accelerating the digital evolution of the civil design industry by empowering engineers to maximize the value of industry-leading software like Novapoint and Quadri. Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, providing expert support to civil engineering customers via phone, email, and remote access.

• Partner directly with customers to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate technical software challenges.

• Create engaging online resources, including FAQs, best-practice videos, and step-by-step technical guides.

• Conduct online and classroom training sessions to educate and upskill customers.

• Perform software testing to ensure high quality and seamless functionality for end users.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Educational background in Civil Engineering (BSc or MSc preferred) or equivalent hands-on industry experience.

• Hands-on experience working with Trimble civil software solutions, specifically Novapoint and/or Quadri.

• Practical experience with Road, Rail, or Water and Wastewater (W&S) infrastructure design.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian language as well as good English language skills.

• A service-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for problem-solving and helping others succeed.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt fast to emerging technologies and changing environments.

Bonus Points For:

• Knowledge of Scandinavian design standards and workflows.

• Experience delivering software training or creating technical instructional content.

• Swedish language proficiency.

Logistics:

• Location: Sandvika, Norway

• Travel Requirement: around 5%
