People Services Representative

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a People Services Representative, you will play an important role in supporting our employees throughout their journey with Coca-Cola HBC. Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the first point of contact for new colleagues and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience

• Providing support and guidance to employees on a wide range of employment-related matters

• Coordinating and managing HR administration and documentation processes with accuracy and attention to detail

• Collaborating closely with various HR functions, including HR Business Partners, Recruitment & Selection, and Payroll, gaining broad exposure to the HR profession

REQUIREMENTS

• Availability to work from our Dunaharaszti office 2–3 days a week

• Strong interest in the HR field and motivation to learn the fundamentals of the profession

• You have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in HR administration.

• Relevant higher education degree (BA/MA)

• Fluency in English (no language certificate required, but active, fluent language skills are essential)

• You enjoy working with people and have a strong desire to learn

• You would like to work in a responsible position where you are motivated by having an impact on our colleagues’ everyday work
