At Nestlé Baltics, you will play an important role in supporting the Team by ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate data management, and efficient coordination across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations (supplies, coordination, local events)

• Act as local contact for office-related and onboarding topics

• Coordinate administrative matters with HR, Finance and external service providers

• Support and advise for procurement processes

• Support Consumer Line activities: handle incoming consumer inquiries and coordinate with relevant teams on requests or complaints

Requirements:

• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage priorities in a dynamic environment

• Strong problem-solving mindset with focus on execution and results

• High attention to accuracy, data quality, and process discipline

• Fluent in English and Lithuanian

• Understanding of order-to-cash processes would be an advantage

• Good Excel skills (comfortable working with data, preparing reports and keeping information structured)

• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems would be beneficial
