As a Junior Procurement Controller at Nestlé Global Procurement, your mission is to support Nestrade Procurement through accurate and timely controlling for direct material categories, delivering forecasting, financial analysis, transfer pricing and reporting insights that enable fact-based decisions, cost competitiveness, compliance and sustainable value creation. How you’ll make an impact as a Junior Procurement Controller
Prepare monthly price forecasts, analyze cost variances (PPV) and provide insights to Procurement stakeholders.
Maintain Procurement and Finance tools, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, compliance, and timely updates.
Calculate transfer prices, reconcile with COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and recommend corrective actions in case of deviations.
Review and validate category claims and savings realization in line with company guidelines.
Drive Working Capital improvements through cash efficiency analysis and payment terms optimization.
Contribute to forecasting cycles and continuous improvement through process simplification, automation and enhanced reporting.
What will make you successful
Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
First proven experience in Controlling in Procurement/ Supply Chain/ Manufacturing, or Decision Support, Costing or Audit.
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, in particular Excel. Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
Demonstrate flexibility, attention to details and a strong process-oriented approach.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders through strong communication and organizational skills.
Fluency in English, any other language as asset.
