Lead the data supplier relationship, sourcing of insights and the application of data into the CDT planning tools and processes.

You will be responsible for maintaining consistent commercial discipline and cross functional input in managing the Customer Business Plan, focusing on adherence to the single source of forecast principle.

Responsible for the adaption, deployment, embedding and facilitation of the global Strategic Revenue Management guidelines across Oceania.

Accountable for the identification of opportunities for commercial systems to improve business practices in the Nestle commercial team and to encourage continuous improvement.

Responsible for the rolling 18 month Integrated Commercial Planning process across Nestlé in the Market, ensuring the delivery of process disciplines and training and quality outputs.
What will make you successful…

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience within FMCG, Sales, Commercial Development, or related fields

Demonstrated experience in implementing internal communications strategies and programs.

Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.

Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capability, with a proven track record of building strong relationships across functions and levels.
Full New Zealand working rights and applicants may be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this role.
