Your day to day
As an IQOS Portfolio Intern, you will support our South East Europe Portfolio Team and gain hands-on experience in portfolio management, product launches, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across the region.
In this role, you will:

Support portfolio performance tracking and business analysis

Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal stakeholders

Assist with innovation pipeline planning and project coordination

Support product launch preparation and launch readiness activities

Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal

Help monitor project timelines, deliverables, and documentation

Contribute to post-launch reviews and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Support reporting, administrative activities, and portfolio-related projects
What we are looking for
We're looking for students and early-career talents who are:

In the final year of Bachelor's or Master's studies, or recent graduates

Fluent in Serbian and proficient in English

Curious, eager to learn, and proactive

Comfortable working with data and presentations

Agile thinkers with a problem-solving mindset
-
Strong team players with excellent collaboration skills
Previous internship, project, or student organization experience is a plus, but not required.
