WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Materials Science, Management, Engineering, or related field
-
4+ years of experience in Quality, Product, Supply Chain, or Production
-
Experience leading people, projects, or cross-functional initiatives
-
Fluent English
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-
Proven ability to prioritize, solve problems, and drive results
-
Analytical mindset with strong project coordination skills

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Ensure EHSS & Compliance by managing specification activities in line with PMI standards, legal requirements, and documentation practices
-
Maintain process quality through robust specification processes, stakeholder support, and effective communication
-
Drive Continuous Improvement by optimizing, standardizing, and automating processes while supporting implementation of changes
-
Oversee Specification Execution, ensuring workflow efficiency, process adherence, SLA compliance, and accurate documentation
-
Lead and develop the team through performance management, collaboration, capability building, and succession planning
-
Manage projects & initiatives by tracking KPIs, coordinating cross-functional activities, and monitoring specification-related changes

Govern business service provider performance, ensuring quality, timeliness, and resolution of recurring issues
-
Deliver training & capability building to support team effectiveness and continuous improvement
