Operational Excellence & Strategy

Deliver site financial, productivity, and service targets while ensuring exceptional compliance.

Develop and execute long-term strategies aligned to Supply Chain and corporate goals.

Lead the site development plan and ensure successful implementation of the innovation pipeline.
Continuous Improvement & Safety

Champion continuous improvement using ManEx, BMOS, and continuous improvement tools.

Strengthen and embed a Zero-Accidents Culture through proactive safety leadership.
Your Profile
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, such as Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
-
15+ years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years in leadership roles.

Strong knowledge of TPM, WCM, IWS, and/or Lean Manufacturing.

Strong situational leadership and stakeholder management skills.
-
High emotional intelligence, resilience, and agility.
-
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex environments.

Proven experience in leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams.

Strong innovation mindset with the ability to promote teamwork and collaboration.

Effective communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
