What the day will look like

Structure, market, and place treaty reinsurance programs with local and international reinsurers.

Support clients with treaty renewals, reinsurance placements, and portfolio management needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance company clients and reinsurance market partners.

Negotiate reinsurance terms and conditions with reinsurers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Collaborate with colleagues across Aon's regional and global network to deliver effective reinsurance solutions and market insights.

Contribute to business development initiatives and support the growth of existing client relationships.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

10+ years of experience in reinsurance, insurance, or a related financial services field.

Good understanding of treaty reinsurance principles and market practices.

Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
