As the Inspections Coordinator based in East Brisbane, you will play a critical role in supporting inspection and laboratory operations. You will be responsible for coordinating documentation, managing sample tracking, maintaining accurate records, and acting as a key point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities include, however are not limited to:
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company safety standards and procedures
Maintain safe handling and storage practices for all equipment and chemicals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for bulk vessels, container contracts, and laboratory samples
Draft and prepare documentation in line with client instructions
Log samples into the database immediately upon receipt
Coordinate with the laboratory team to ensure testing turnaround times are met
Prepare and finalise invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure all documentation supports billing and operational requirements
The ideal client will have:
Previous experience in an administration or coordination role
Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems
Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Prior experience using database management systems
