Position Details
IT Co-Ordinator for GL Office

Functional Area: IT and Digital

Location: Adugodi (Bangalore)
Job Purpose / Objective
- To create value through business partnering, strategy alignment and digitalization efforts in the GL Office and associated units, by enabling and implementing IT solutions aligned to business needs and the Bosch Digital Organization roadmap.
Key Responsibilities

- Act as a strategic interface for IT demand and portfolio management for the GL Office.

- Align IT strategy with business requirements and Bosch Digital initiatives.

- Support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with central IT, internal customers, and external vendors to achieve goals.

- Ensure compliance with Bosch IT security, data protection and governance policies.
Key Result Areas / Indicators

- Alignment of IT projects with business strategy.

- On-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery of IT projects.

- Customer satisfaction index related to IT services.

- Adherence to compliance and audit standards.
Qualifications
Educational qualification:
-
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience:
-
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT and Digital Transformation.

- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing IT portfolios.

- Exposure to stakeholder management, strategy planning and execution.
Skill / Competencies Requirements

- Strong understanding of IT systems, digital technologies and business processes.

- Knowledge of IT Governance, cybersecurity, application lifecycle and service management.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.
