Vice Responsabile di Produzione

STAFF S.p.A. – Agenzia per il Lavoro (Aut. Min. Prot. 39/0011781) is seeking a Vice Responsabile di Produzione for a prestigious manufacturing company located near Fidenza (PR).

The Role

The resource will support the Production Manager in the daily management of production activities and the coordination of departments, contributing to process optimization, people development, and the achievement of company objectives.

The role requires a constant presence in production, operational leadership skills, and an approach oriented towards continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Production Manager in planning and coordinating departmental activities;

• Monitor production trends, intervening promptly in the management of operational criticalities;

• Promote initiatives aimed at reducing waste, scrap, and inefficiencies;

• Coordinate production teams, fostering autonomy, involvement, and skill development;

• Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance functions to ensure compliance with company standards;

• Identify opportunities for improving production and organizational processes;

• Promote a culture oriented towards continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration among departments.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a person with experience in structured production environments, capable of combining organizational skills, leadership, and operational presence on the field.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in coordination or production supervision roles;

• Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines, or in economics with experience in the manufacturing sector;

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (intermediate level).

• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities;
