RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Represents the brand and lives Shoulder's culture and values on a daily basis, working in partnership with the team. Helps create a light and welcoming environment, where every customer feels good and has a good experience.

Needs to like people, fashion, serving, collaboration (the work here is teamwork and we understand that no one works alone), willing, constant evolution, being curious, interested, expanding repertoire, curiosity and interest. Tagline of those who work with people. energy / disposition

Understands the customer journey, uses brand phrases. Monitors all stages of service / complete customer journey.

Combines consultative service, attention to detail and team spirit. Actively participates in operational routines, space organization and visual presentation of products, with an attentive eye on the customer and the collective.

On a daily basis, this person:

• Receives customers with attention, converses, understands their needs and offers close and careful service to provide the best shopping experience;

• Uses authorized digital channels to stay in touch with customers and share news naturally and in line with brand guidelines;

• Helps maintain a light, collaborative work environment focused on serving well;

• Collaborates with store routines, taking care of daily tasks with organization and attention;

• Maintains the store's visual standard and brand identity in every detail;

• Stays attentive to results, to achieve commercial goals.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Sales experience;

• Complete high school education.
