We are looking for a Sales & Channel Management professional with 2-5 years of experience to support and drive resale business opportunities involving ecosystem partners, technology providers, and strategic alliances. This role offers the opportunity to contribute independently while becoming a subject matter expert in commercial solution shaping, technology sourcing, and partner-led sales strategies. You will work closely with sales, solutioning, client, and partner teams to maximize commercial value, accelerate growth, and ensure compliance across all resale activities.

It is essential to reside in Spain and have valid authorization to work in Spain.

Key Functions

• Shape and structure resale opportunities incorporating ecosystem partner products and services into integrated client solutions.

• Develop commercial proposals aligned with client objectives, business cases, budget constraints, and contractual frameworks.

• Manage end-to-end resale activities for strategic and large-scale clients, coordinating with sales, solutioning, procurement, legal, and partner stakeholders.

• Identify revenue growth opportunities through technology sourcing investments while ensuring compliance with internal policies and risk management requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial discussions related to partner-led and resale-based technology solutions.

• Evaluate client requirements and translate them into commercially viable propositions.

• Coordinate with ecosystem partners to define pricing strategies, service models, contractual terms, and solution offerings.

• Drive governance processes related to resale activities, including risk assessment, compliance reviews, and approval workflows.

• Monitor and optimize resale performance metrics, revenue contribution, profitability, and operational efficiency.

• Maintain executive-level relationships with clients, internal account teams, and strategic ecosystem partners.

• Support sales enablement activities through the creation of commercial assets, proposal content, and partner engagement plans.

• Contribute to business planning initiatives and commercial forecasting activities.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience in Sales and Channel Management.

• Experience in Developing Proposals.

• High level of English (professional working proficiency).

• High level of Spanish (professional working proficiency).

• Knowledge and experience in the use of generative artificial intelligence and AI tools applied to the workplace, in line with Accenture’s commitment to the responsible and effective use of AI.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in Sales Enablement.

• Experience in Communications Development and Delivery.

• Expert proficiency in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).

• Advanced proficiency in Negotiation.

• Intermediate proficiency in Market Analysis.

• Experience working with ecosystem partners, distributors, technology providers, or alliance management organizations.

• Experience supporting complex commercial deals involving multiple stakeholders.
