Role and Responsibilities

This role is responsible for the complete lifecycle of Order Management and Fulfillment, for an assigned portfolio of accounts
Ensure that orders are compliant with Samsung Electronics’ Policies, Programs, and Master Purchase Agreements.
Ensure that orders are received and submitted into Samsung’s systems in accordance to standard Samsung processes and policies.
Manage initial order entry through to the billing process to ensure no errors interrupt order flow to billing for applicable sales and return orders
Resolve order related issues and escalations (systems, processes, policy, project)
Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Manage Order Management staff [Indirect and/or FTE employees]
Responsible for achieving related KPIs and SLAs within assigned portfolio
Maintain Price Discrepancy Resolution in relation to Order Management.
Validate and process order related price adjustment claims as needed
Lead order-related integrations and testing for EDI, SPACE, and other interfaces as needed
Continually work with internal Teams and external Customers to improve order related items including but not limited to processes, integrations, and end to end performance.
Ability to explain end-to-end order fulfillment policies, processes, and systems; including other functional areas of R/R.
Keep Leadership informed on daily operations, issues, escalations, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required in related Business Field
Prior Order Management and Operations experience; minimum 7+ years in related Business Field
Experience in daily use of ERP system, SAP preferred
EDI Experience in relation to Order Processing and Transactions
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and use in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience in AI tools such as Claude, Gemini preferred
Ability to Take Direction and Lead Team Members
Ability to Think Outside of the Box, to provide creative solutions that are still compliant with requirements
Attention to Detail and Accuracy
Proficient Written and Verbal Skills
Capability to Problem Solve and Think Critically
Effective Time Management
Ability to Efficiently Multi-Task and work well under Pressure
