THE STARTING RATE: $23.00 / Per Hour + Commissions
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Supervise the daily operations of the Concierge team, including staffing, human resources responsibilities, and guest service interactions to ensure maximum efficiency

Ensure knowledge of and enforce department and hotel standards to achieve business and property goals

Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction

Keep the Director or Manager informed of all pertinent department information, report irregularities and issues as they occur, and document situations appropriately

Perform administrative tasks, including preparing and distributing reports and assisting guests directly when business volumes require
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must be 21 years of age or older
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
Two (2) years of prior relevant experience, preferably in Hotel Concierge Services
-
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a luxury resort environment preferred
-
Participation in industry associations including the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and Les Clefs d’Or USA preferred
-
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
