Inside the Role
The Pre-Paint Cab Body Station team member plays a critical role in preparing truck cabs for the paint process at the Mount Holly Truck Plant. The ideal candidate takes pride in attention to detail, works well in a team environment, and understands that a quality paint finish starts with proper preparation.

Requirements:
Must be qualified to do Heavy Repairs and finish body work.
Must be qualified to mix Primer according to supplier recommendations.
Must be able to maintain repetitive motions.
Must be able to meet and maintained production tack time requirements.
Must be able to read drawings to use drill templates and locate fixtures.
Must be able to read and understand SWI & JES.
Must be able to access and follow Standard Work Instructions
Must be able to use required hand tools.
Must be able to use supplied power tools in assigned task assembly.
Be able to measure by both standard and metric units.
Be able to effectively communicate with others.
